Privacy Policy

The protection of your data matters to me. This website is deliberately data-minimal: no tracking, no advertising cookies, no sharing for advertising purposes.

I process personal data only insofar as necessary to provide this website and my services. Legal bases are in particular Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (contract/pre-contractual measures), (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, functional service) and, where applicable, (a) GDPR (consent).

This website uses no analytics or tracking services, no advertising cookies, and embeds no external fonts or social media plugins. No automated profiling takes place.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) via the "Cloudflare Pages" service. When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection data (server logs) are processed, such as IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, volume of data transferred and the requesting browser. This processing serves the delivery, security and stability of the site. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR.

A data processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare. For transfers to the USA, Cloudflare relies among other things on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses. Further information: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

4. Contact and Forms

The contact forms on this website store no data on the server. When you submit, your own e-mail program opens with a pre-filled message that you send yourself. Transmission therefore takes place directly by e-mail via your own provider to me.

If you contact me by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp, I process the details you provide (e.g. name, contact data, request) in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) or (f) GDPR. The data are deleted as soon as they are no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Note: WhatsApp is a service of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. If you contact me via WhatsApp, their privacy terms additionally apply.

5. AI Assistant (Chatbot)

Important

This website provides an AI-powered chat assistant with which you can ask general questions about my services. When you use the assistant, the text you enter is transmitted to a server endpoint of this website and processed there by a language model to generate a response.

• Use is voluntary. The assistant only opens if you actively click on it.
• Please do not enter any sensitive personal data into the chat (e.g. health data, ID numbers, payment data).
• Inputs are processed to answer your question. No permanent storage of your conversation history for profiling takes place.
• The assistant provides no legally binding information and does not replace individual legal, tax or professional advice. Answers may be incomplete or incorrect.

The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a convenient information option) or your implied consent through active use, Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR.

6. Recipients and Third Countries

Your data are only passed on to third parties insofar as technically necessary to provide the website (see hosting) or where you have consented. Any transfer to third countries takes place only within the scope of the named services and on the basis of appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

7. Storage Period

I store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention periods. The data are deleted thereafter.

8. Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You can revoke any consent given at any time with effect for the future.

To exercise your rights, an informal message to [email protected] is sufficient.

9. Right to Lodge a Complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Competent among others is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW), Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf.

10. Currency

This privacy policy is dated 2026. Further development of the website or changed legal requirements may make an adjustment necessary.
